How long have you been modeling?
I've only been doing this about 8 months. My cousin was working with Summerbunnies, and she told me about them and vice versa, and now here I am with a website and it's cool.
What made you decide to pursue a career in modeling?
I had been told quite a few times that I should pursue modeling. I just never took the time to look into it with all the scamming and everything that was out there.
What impact has modeling had on your personal life?
My life is pretty much the same as it was prior to modeling. I have a supportive family and I'm just havng fun with it right now.
Overall, what has been your opinion of the modeling industry as a whole?
I really haven't run into anything negative(yet). I am fortunate to be working with people who have established themselves and are reputable for making things move.
What do you intend to gain or get out of your career in modeling?
I am wide open to whatever comes beyond the web revenue. I have a poster with Summerbunnies.com, and I'm working on several projects for my own site. I want to be as big as my homegirl Lyric someday, so I guess that is a goal of mine.
What are some of the projects you're currently working on?
We're in production mode for a DVD for Texa Beach Party and I am shooting for promotional material and of course the website.
What are your turn-ons?
I love money.....and men. Period.
What are your turn-offs?
Broke men.....LOL!!!
How would you describe your overall personality?
I'm real easy going but I don't tolerate BS. I'll cut you off real quick if it's not headed anywhere.
What would you consider your greatest strength?
I am an independent woman. I will adaptto any environment or situation and I'm going to always land on my feet.
What would you consider your greatest physical asset?
I like my eyes.
What are your opinions on the state of the black male today?
Our brothers are alright, we just need to be supportive as sistas and keep things in perspective.
When a brother attempts to approach you in public, give us some advice on how it should be done?
I like to be approached the same way the next woman would. I have been recognized in public...it's cool jand it's always been positive.
Give us a description of a normal evening at home with you?
A good movie, good dinner, and just relaxing.
Overall today theres a lot of talk regarding sisters and the whole bisexual movement, if you want to call it that. What are your personal feelings regarding this rising 'phenomenon' among black women?
I love men. I believe that was how God intended us to be in the reversal process (male with female), and I feel good about being straight. I think a lot of households need to be checked so our children wouldn't be so "out there".
What is your political affiliation? (Democrat, Republican, etc.)
Democrat
What are your opinions on the recent capture of Saddam Hussein and do you think it'll make an impact in the war on 'terrorism'?
I think we're really in no different shape than some of these other countries as far as when a decision is made and we have no real intervention ability. I dont have an opinion on the impact of terrorism...I honestly don't know.
Do you intend to vote in this years(2004) election?
I vote every year.
What are some of your other interest outside of modeling?
I love traveling and shopping - I'm a typical female!
What advice would you give to young women considering a career in modeling?
Don't let anyone or anything stop you from pursuing what you believe to be your real goals and do everything you can to make wise decisions about who you do business with.
